Thankful and Grateful This Thanksgiving!
/One year ago today we got to bring Jack home for the first time! It was one of the Best Days and the days since have just gotten better and better. We have definitely had our fair share of ups and downs but being able to be all together for the ride makes every single down slide worth it.
This Thanksgiving I am thankful and grateful for so many things:
Modern Medicine - while expensive it has been a literal life saver.
Nurses - not only were our NICU nurses incredible but we have one of the best home teams out there. These ladies are like family to us and they take the best care of our little man.
Our families and friends who have loved and supported us so much. I have no idea what we would do without them
The roof over our heads - our house has been so full this last year with nurses, case workers, therapists, medical supplies, toys and love.
My two sweet wee ones who have taught me so much about life. The two of them have conquered more than I can ever begin to imagine.
My partner in life, love and parenthood who is the absolute best father, husband and human. I could not do this life thing without him.
Most importantly I am so grateful each and every night knowing that all four of us are safe and sound under the same roof.
